Location and staff were very good, and all in all I loved this hotel. Booked a room with pleasant views of the valley and the mountains. The restaurant was good for breakfast and for every budget.

Everything was nice, helpful staff, best possible location just off both interlaken ost, the centre and Interlaken. Appreciated the apartment with a beautiful view, wouldn't mind staying there all day.

Everything was perfect, clean hotel, perfect location right in the center. The staff were polite, we had an early check in and a late check-out. The room turned out to be brand-new and huge with a beautiful view, balcony, bedroom.

Strategic location to explore Interlaken and impeccable service. One of the advantages - nice new rooms; they included a shower, a hairdryer and towels. The staff was extremely helpful, the food was delicious...

Quiet location, SO HOSPITABLE staff, plenty of food for the continental breakfast. Decent room, very traditional. And not far from the Interlaken Ost train station and many attractions and restaurants.

I had a luxurious stay here, good value. Decent staff, comfortable bed, unusual breakfast. Enchanting place with absolutely stunning rooms. Enjoyable location, walking distance to a 12th-century monastery. The beach nearby was good and the view was superior🙂
